Short version: this website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics, loads nothing from third parties (fonts, scripts, images and videos all come from this server) and has no forms. The only personal data processed are the technical server log files that every web server writes.

2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68 | D-02742 Friedersdorf, which acts as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR). When you open a page or download a file, your browser automatically sends data that the web server stores in log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of the request
- requested page or file, HTTP status code and amount of data transferred
- browser and operating system (user agent), as sent by your browser
- the referring page, if your browser sends it (this website itself sends no referrer to anyone)
Purpose: delivering the website and the downloads, ensuring security and stability (e.g. defending against attacks), and analysing errors. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR - our legitimate interest in a secure, working website. Retention: the log files are deleted automatically after 14 days at the latest, unless a specific security incident requires keeping individual entries as evidence until it is resolved. The logs are not combined with other data and not used to create profiles.
3. No cookies, no local storage
This website does not store or read any information on your device: no cookies, no local storage, no fingerprinting. That is why there is no cookie banner - none is needed (§ 165 (3) Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021, Art. 5 (3) ePrivacy Directive). Your language choice is carried only in the address (?lang=de / ?lang=en) or taken from the language your browser sends; it is not stored.
4. No tracking, no third-party content
There are no analytics tools, no advertising, no social media plugins, no embedded videos or maps and no content delivery networks. Fonts (Orbitron, Inter), JavaScript libraries (GSAP, Lenis, three.js), images and videos are all served from this server. Your browser therefore does not contact any third party when you visit this website. The security header "Referrer-Policy: no-referrer" ensures that no address of this website is passed on when you follow an external link.
5. Downloads
The game files are delivered directly from this server. No registration is needed and no personal data are requested. A download is recorded only in the server log files described in section 2.
6. Contact by e-mail
If you write to us by e-mail, we process your address and your message only to answer your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and delete them when the matter is settled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). To exercise your rights, write to leonhard@buero-ortner.at.
8. Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, e-mail dsb@dsb.gv.at, www.dsb.gv.at.
